This is what awaits you:
- Your training begins with an introductory week at a hotel in the area. Here you will get to know your place of training as well as your colleagues and get first insights into our products and activities.
- Gradually you will learn to build forms from concrete, wood and steel.
- Your tasks also include reading construction plans and implementing them.
- You will also become widely acquainted with the concrete material.
- Your scope of duties will be rounded off with the exact quality control of the finished products.

You can apply for training from July in the next year
We need a cover letter, a CV, and your current certificate. Of course, you can also send us other documents such as internship certificates or training certificates.
Upon successful submission of your online application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt at the email address provided.
After your successful online application, we will inform you as soon as possible whether your application has convinced us. If so, in the next step we will invite you to a job interview. If you also convince us in this, you will receive approval and your training contract.
Your training starts with an induction day. Here you will get to know our company, some locations, your trainers and your colleagues. Additionally, after this week we will organize three more induction days so that you can arrive well prepared in your department.
